Order Cancellation

All orders are final: Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or modified as it is immediately sent to production. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Returns and Exchanges

As our products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items where the customer has ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
We will offer a free reprint or a refund upon verification of the issue.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within a certain number of days, depending on your bank or card issuer’s policies.
